The Quality Technician, however defined in an organization, has many duties and responsibilities in working alongside a variety of other professionals.  So where does the Quality Technician fit in the framework of organizational operations alongside of inspectors, engineers, auditors and the green and black belt six sigma practitioners?  Additionally, how does an individual acquire the necessary skills to perform effectively in the Quality Technician role?  How can someone continue to develop their skills to advance?
This webinar will provide not only technical skills that would be required to perform the duties and responsibilities, but also the “soft” skills that a quality technician should possess to be successful.  Several sources of information will be reviewed including a specific study performed by Mr. Shelton.  Once the duties, responsibilities, skill and characteristics are defined and understood, methods to obtain and develop these skills and characteristics will be discussed.  This material can service as a roadmap for Quality Technician development within any organization.
