Agustiady, President and CEO at Agustiady Lean Six Sigma
She is a Global Master Black Belt at Masonite
where she is the Project Manager of Deploying a Lean Enterprise System.
Formerly, she was Director, Operations Master Black Belt at Philips Healthcare
and strategic change agent at BASF. Tina has led many Kaizen, 5s, and Root
Cause Analysis events through her career in the healthcare, food, and chemical
industries. Agustiady is the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) Lean
Division President and served as a board director and chairman for the IIE
annual conferences and Lean Six Sigma conferences. She is an editor for the
International Journal of Six Sigma and Competitive Advantage, and co-author for
"Statistical Techniques for Project Control" and
"Sustainability: Utilizing Lean Six Sigma Techniques", "Total
Productive Maintenance: Strategies and Implementation Guide" and the
author for "Communication for Continuous Improvement Projects". She
has a recently published book, "Design for Six Sigma: A Practical Approach
through Innovation".
Tina was the ASQ Feigenbaum medal winner for 2016
which is presented to an individual who has displayed outstanding
characteristics of leadership, professionalism, and potential in the field of
quality and also whose work has been or, will become of distinct benefit to
mankind.
